Tom Scannell is the founding partner of Scannell & Associates, where he concentrates his practice primarily in civil litigation, probate, real estate matters including closings, short sales, and home protection services, as well as estate planning, and counseling entrepreneurs.

Karissa L. Frazier

Partner

Karissa concentrates her practice in the areas of civil litigation, civil rights violations, injury and death cases, probate, estate planning, family law, immigration and real estate transactions. Karissa earned her law degree with cum laude honors from The University of Illinois Chicago, School of Law.

Dennis A. Pomorski

Partner

Denny concentrates his practice in the areas of civil litigation, civil rights violations, injury and death cases, probate, estate planning, family law, and real estate transactions. Denny attended the University of Illinois Chicago, School of Law and graduated in 2023. Prior to law school, Denny received his bachelors in Applied Behavioral Sciences with a minor in Philosophy from Western Michigan University.

Timothy M. Kelly

Tim Kelly concentrates his practice in commercial litigation, insurance disputes, property damage, personal injury, employment discrimination, disability claims, commercial complex collection cases, and mediation and settlement.

William D. Leslie

Bill Leslie concentrates his practice in family law, including child support and divorce, complex civil litigation, probate, real estate transactions, including short sales, and estate plans.

Michael P. Golden

Mike Golden concentrates his practice in the areas of criminal law, civil rights violations, injury and death cases, probate, estate planning, and real estate transactions. Mike earned his law degree with High Honors from IIT Chicago-Kent College of Law in 1990, and his B.S. in Accounting from Marquette University in 1987.

Daniel W. Witous

Dan Witous concentrates his practice in the areas of probate, estate planning, real estate transactions and litigation. Dan earned his law degree from Thomas M. Cooley School of Law in 1991, his B.A. from the University of Notre Dame in 1988 and is a graduate of Brother Rice High School.

Sara J. Carey

Sara concentrates her practice in the areas of civil litigation, probate, estate planning, family law, and real estate transactions. Sara graduated in 2019 from Saint Xavier University with her Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance. Sara then went on to receive her J.D. from the University of Illinois School of Law in 2023.
